Edwards BPS6A Fire Alarm Booster Power Supply - Read Description

I purchased this at an auction, and it appears to be new, but it wasn’t in a box, so it got scuffed a little on some edges (see photos). The wiring and the manual are still sealed, so that it why I think it is new. I did not have a way to test it.
The locking mechanism is missing, but one can be purchased to replace it. Nothing special about the lock. It should be a Cylinder or Cabinet type lock
I do not know what this panel is used for, so please research it before ordering. I am relying on you to know what it is before you buy it. Below are some details that I found and copied online
“The EST BPS6A Remote Booster Power Supply is a self-contained 24 Vdc power supply designed to augment fire alarm audible and visual power requirements as well as provide power for auxiliary, access control and security applications.  The booster contains all of the necessary circuits to monitor and charge batteries, control and supervise four Class B or two Class A NAC circuits and monitor two controlling inputs from external sources.  At Life Safety Consultants, we offer the Edwards / EST Remote Booster Power Supply BPS6A. The Remote Booster Power Supply is a 6.5 version @ 24 Vdc.

PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH EBAY MESSAGING BEFORE OPENING A RETURN. WE MAY BE ABLE TO WORK SOMETHING OUT.
eBay’s return policy states that a returned item must be in the same condition that it was in when it was received. Please research the item that you are interested in before buying! This is not a place to buy something just to “try it out”. I keep a record of serial numbers to prevent fraudulent returns.
We do allow returns on most all of our items within 30 days of receipt of the item. Anything that is returned and is not in the same condition as it was when you received it will be subject to a restocking fee or the return may be denied. Restocking fees can range from a minimum of 10% and up to 50% depending on the reason for the return, and condition of the item. I think it is fair for me to deduct the cost of shipping from any refund if you just don’t like it or any reason other than the item being defective (which rarely happens).
If you received an item that was damaged during shipping. I will need photos of the packaging and the item so that I can file a damage claim with the carrier, and have the item picked up. Please do not dispose of the shipping box until you are sure that you will not be returning it.
